Jun 03, 2026"Okay, I must admit that this place has one of the best ayam gepuk in Penang. I enjoy the kacang gajus sauce, spicy to the right level. However, the chicken I ordered was quite dry. And let’s not forget about the fried cabbage, absolutely delicious."

Mar 21, 2026"In my top two ayam gepuk I've ever tried so far. The sambal is excellent and flavourful, but not that spicy. This branch is quite kedekut with their sambal tho, so I had to go refill not once, but twice thank goodness they have unlimited refill for sambal and nasi. I also love their kubis goreng here- really big portion (can comfortably feed 2 people), sweet and juicy (maybe oily would be the more accurate word). One thing I don't like is that this place gets super crowded. I've never not had to queue in all the times that I've been here. Pernah sekali tu kitorang datang tepat 11:30 pagi (which is when they open) and dah ada orang duduk kat meja AND beratur. Penangites are scary I tell you. But despite the crowd, service is fast and efficient. I can endure the inconvenience demi ayam gepuk sedap. Would recommend this place for anyone that likes spicy food."
